WILD FISHING WALES (WFW) ROUND 5

 

2012 was an extremely busy year at Tan-y-Mynydd following our successful application for a substantial grant from the Environment Agency Wild Fishing Wales project.

 

Wild Fishing Wales is an initiative supported by the EU and the Welsh Assembly Government.

 

The grant allowed us to carry out Access and Habitat Improvements at the fishery, including new/improved accessible footpaths, removal of self- sown willows, construction of new fishing platforms and also construction of new disabled fishing platforms. A new disabled toilet facility is now available on site.
